Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR) is a department-wide MAC providing the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with a broad range of general management and business support services and solutions across six Service Groups. CATHEXIS is an awardee in four Service Groups:
